Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refund Policy to buyers:

• Cancellations of counseling services must be conducted before services are rendered. There will be no return on counseling services that have been rendered over 30 minutes. 
• Any cancellation made within 24 hours of counseling services will only acquire half of the amount of the return. 
• All reasons for cancellations are accepted as long as request are made 48 hours before service.
• Process of return will be same as payment.
• Full refunds only for products that have not been used and returned.
• Partial refund for products that have been used.
• Products can be returned and/or exchange for other products free of cost (shipping does apply).
